Depression. A stage in life that nobody bothers talking about or even providing sympathy to the depressed is difficult these days.
Well, the foremost reason why we go out on a limb and conduct awareness drives and tours if because mental health is a serious issue. An issue that still needs to be addressed clearly and as quickly as we can, since many lives are being lost daily due to the unavailability of proper education, which leads to people being unable to cope with it, and ending their lives, which they feel is a better alternative.
Be mindful of depression's subtle poisoning effect. Yes, it's like a poison that slowly kills you; you may not think you're in any serious trouble, but you are. Your mind is gradually engulfed in it, making you a prime target for all manner of illnesses and psychological issues. We frequently make the mistake of not paying attention to its serious repercussions, making us easy targets. Paying close attention to this issue and never ignoring its effects is a straightforward solution to this problem.
Our brain is a wonderful miracle to this day. No scientist knows everything there is to know about it, and what it can achieve.
